A creative soul, a kind heart, a big personality

I'm a wife, mom to three awesome kiddos, professional third wheel, and the type of person who will absolutely cry during your vows... while somehow still getting the shot.

I survive on coffee, terrible jokes, and the excitement of finding good light in places most people would walk right past.

Music was my first love, but when my oldest daughter was born, I knew that chapter of my life was coming to an end. Instead, I started creating little monthly photo setups for her, documenting every stage as she grew.

Somewhere along the way, I completely fell in love with photography.

About two years later, I remember thinking, "I wish this could actually be my job."

So... I went for it.

A young girl with blonde hair, smiling, sitting on a white fluffy rug outdoors. She is wearing a white lace top, a pink tulle skirt, and a headband made of colorful artificial flowers. Around her are more artificial flowers, some in wooden crates and vases, with a large white decorative sign that spells "LOVE" in pink and yellow flowers. The background shows green trees and grass, indicating a park or garden setting.

The photoshoot that started it all

Group of five people, including two children and three adults, sitting on the steps outside a building. They appear happy and relaxed, with some smiling at the camera.

I am a bit of a chameleon, meaning I can get along with pretty much anyone. I'm naturally empathetic, which makes me very mindful of how the people around me are feeling. I'll check in with you throughout the day, adjust my approach when needed, and can usually tell when it's time to take ten.

My goal isn't to be the photographer standing quietly in the corner.

I'll be hyping you up, calming your nerves, keeping timelines on track, and doing it all with literally the biggest possible smile on my face. I'll be mingling with your guests, keeping kiddos happy, pinning bridesmaid dresses, fixing little problems when I can, and capturing all the moments of your day as they're happening.

Because years from now, I don't just want you to remember how your wedding looked.

I want you to remember exactly how it felt—because you were actually there.

Five years later, I've had the privilege of photographing nearly 1,000 sessions, and after photographing a friend's wedding last year, I completely fell in love with weddings too.

There's just something about them.

The energy. The anticipation. The happy tears. The hugs. The quiet little in-between moments that only last a second before they're gone forever.

Every wedding I fall even more in love with this job.
